1. Booking & Payment:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour.
• Prices differ between Private Tours and Shared/Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Tours and are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
• You must provide pick-up and drop-off locations at the time of booking. 

2. Tour Types:

•Private City Tour: Enjoy an exclusive tour with a private vehicle and guide. Minor adjustments to the itinerary can be made (subject to time and availability).

•Shared/Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Tour: Join other travelers on a fixed itinerary. The schedule is not flexible and cannot be modified.

3. Pick-up & Drop-off:

•Private City Tour: You can select your preferred pick-up and drop-off locations at the time of booking. 

•Shared/Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Tour: You can choose a convenient pick-up and drop-off location within Dubai. However, pick-up times follow a fixed schedule. Locations outside designated areas may incur additional fees.

•Important: Guests must be present at the scheduled pick-up point on time. Failure to do so may result in missing the tour without a refund.

4. Tour Modifications:

•Private Tours: You may request slight modifications to the itinerary, subject to guide and schedule availability.

•Shared/Seat-in-Coach (SIC) Tours: The schedule is fixed and cannot be changed.

•The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or government restrictions. In such cases, an alternative date or a refund will be offered.

5. Participant Responsibilities:

•Guests must be on time at the pick-up location. Late arrivals may miss the tour or parts of it, without refund.

•You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the tour. The operator is not liable for lost or damaged items.

•Participants must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the tour guide. The operator may refuse participation to any guest whose behavior may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others.

6. Health & Safety:

•Guests with medical conditions, mobility issues, or pregnant women should inform the operator prior to booking. Some activities may not be suitable for all participants.

•The operator reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting unsafe behavior.

7. Child Policy:

•Children under 3 years participate for free (subject to seating availability).

•Children aged 3 to 11 qualify for child pricing.

•Participants aged 12 and above must purchase an adult ticket.

•All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the tour.

8. Photography & Media:

•Photography is allowed during the tour unless otherwise specified by the guide. Please be respectful of local customs, especially when photographing people.

•The operator may capture images or videos during the tour for promotional use. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform the guide at the start of the tour.

9. Force Majeure:

•The operator is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or strikes.

10. Governing Law:

•These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Cancellation Policy for Dubai City Tour

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before booking your Dubai City Tour.

1. Cancellation Requests: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer support portal. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

•Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour start time: You will receive a full refund of the total tour price.

•Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before the tour start time: You will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.

•Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time or in the case of a no-show: No refunds will be provided.

3. Changes to Your Booking

•Date and Time Changes: You can request changes to the tour date or time up to 48 hours before the tour start time, subject to availability. After this period, changes will not be allowed, and the cancellation policy will apply.

•Amendments: Changes such as adding participants or altering pick-up/drop-off locations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

4. Operator Cancellations

•Weather or Safety-Related Cancellations:

The operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour in the event of unfavorable weather conditions, safety concerns, or government restrictions. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

•Insufficient Participants (for Shared Tours): If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour operator may cancel the tour. In this case, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered.

5. Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items: Any additional services such as entrance tickets, meals, or add-ons that have already been purchased or used are non-refundable.
