Please note that the following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to your e-purchases. By confirming your purchase, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
• Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old. Free admission for children below 4 years old, unless otherwise stated.
• Blackout dates may apply for certain products, promotions or discounts.
• Ticket redemption of online purchase must be made at the Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counters, unless otherwise stated.
• Local Rate for certain packages may be available to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents and holders of Employment Passes,  S-Passes, Work Permits or Dependent Passes. Please be ready to present proof of eligibility for Local Rate tickets at point of ticketing and random checks may also be conducted at the point of entry into the attraction. Visitors unable to present proof of eligibility will be required to upgrade to standard full price tickets.
• Singapore Cable Car Authority reserves the right to request for presentation of documents such as photo ID / payment card / membership card / promotion cards evidence for verification purposes.
• Redemption must be made in person at the redemption points specified on your receipt.
• Singapore Cable Car Authority reserves the right to disallow redemption if required documents are inadequately furnished.
• Any resale of tickets/vouchers is strictly prohibited.
• BMB reserves the right to invalidate tickets in connection with any fraudulent/unauthorized resale transaction, without refund or other compensation.
• Tickets/Vouchers only allows for a one (1) - time on-day use only. If it is determined by BMB that there are multiple copies/usages of the ticket, usage of the ticket will be denied.
• In the event of any dispute, a final decision shall be made based on our electronic record.
• All completed and confirmed transactions CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED OR AMENDED under any circumstances. This includes wet weather conditions.
• BMB reserves the right to cancel or amend the product offerings at its discretion, without any refunds or compensation, in the event of unfavourable weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.
• By accepting admission, you understand that there are inherent hazards such as weather and fire in the activities and hereby agree and accept the risks of the aforesaid hazards. You further agree to release MFLG from liabilities and responsibilities for any personal injury, loss or damage, which you may incur.
• BMB reserves the right to make changes at its discretion and amend or add to the T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
• All contents on this site are correct at the time of booking but subject to change or withdrawal, without prior notice.
• Any typographical, clerical or other error/omission in price or offer shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Mount Faber Leisure Group.
• For full list of Sentosa attractions' restrictions, please refer to the T&Cs and/or admission policy of the respective attractions.
• Guests may be required to provide proof of identity for age verification purposes at the  respective attractions, where applicable

Policy Overview: At BookMyBooking.com, Attractions/Activities booking is subject to a stringent non-refundable cancellation policy designed to maintain the availability of attractions/activities while ensuring effective management of slots. This policy encompasses various booking scenarios. We encourage you to carefully review the cancellation terms applicable to your chosen booking type:

1. Standalone Activity Tickets:

• Non-Refundable Booking: Once a booking for a standalone activity ticket is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Activity Ticket with Shared Transfer:
   • Non-Refundable Booking: Bookings that include activity tickets along with shared transfers are non-refundable once confirmed. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Activity Ticket with Private Transfer:

• Non-Refundable Activity Ticket: The activity ticket component is non-refundable once booked.
• Cancellable Private Transfer:
  • Cancellation Notice Required: If you need to cancel the private transfer, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
  • Refund Details: Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund of the private transfer charges, after the deduction of applicable taxes, service charges, and payment gateway fees.

4. No Changes Allowed: Bookings are final and cannot be modified. This includes changes to the date, time, or number of participants.
5. No-Shows: Failure to attend the activity at the scheduled time and location will result in the forfeiture of the booking without any refund or credit.
6. Service Provider and BMB Cancellations: If an activity or transfer (whether it’s a private or shared transfer booked as part of a bundled service) is cancelled by the service provider or BookMyBooking.com, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns or any avoidable things), we will offer an alternative date or activity of equal value. If no suitable alternative is available, a credit voucher may be issued at the discretion of BookMyBooking.com.

Policy Acceptance: By booking an activity or transfer through BookMyBooking.com, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. This policy is clearly stated during the booking process and must be accepted to complete any reservations.
