Additional rules - In case of a power outage, the 12 KVA generator can support all ACs, fans, and lights for up to 1 hour. If guests are to avail of the generator services post an hour’s time, a nominal charge of Rs. 500 per hour will be charged. - Please note that since the property is located in a rural area, there might be frequent power cuts. - There are CCTV cameras that cover the exteriors of the property, kitchen, and the pool area. - The stay is part of a gated society. Notes: - Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees. - Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property. - Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
