Enrolment : To enroll in the Program, users must have an active account on BookmyBooking.com or the BMB mobile application Enrolment is free.
Earning Points : Points can be earned through various activities as outlined on our website and mobile app. The value, accrual rate, and redemption options for points may change without prior notice.
Point Expiry : Unless otherwise specified, points earned are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Non-transferable : Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or any other form.
Redemption : Points can be redeemed for services, discounts, or offers as specified on our website and app. Insta Tourism LLC reserves the right to modify or remove redemption options at any time.
Referral Points : Referral points will be credited only after the referred individual makes a valid purchase on BookmyBooking.com.
Termination : Insta Tourism LLC reserves the right to terminate a user's participation in the Program if the user is found to be violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.

Applicable Law : The Program is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the Program will be settled under the jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates, Dubai.
Miscellaneous : If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions will remain in force.
