Silent Estate ‘The Manor at Auramah valley is a Silent Estate! We encourage people who want to live amidst the Silence of Nature.
Loud noise, loud music, parties are things that we do not encourage within our property.
HOUSE POLICIES
Our Club House amenities i.e. Gym, 8 ball pool, Movie Theater etc. is a charged service and need to be booked prior at the front desk. Swimming pool is accessible to The Manor’s Residents only. A proper attire to be worn while accessing the Club i.e. No Shorts, Slipper, night suits etc.
We respect the privacy & convenience of all our guests and residents of the villages, considering which, no loud music is allowed on the premises at any time. While being in the room, music/conversations must not be intrusive to other guests.
Our service apartments are fully equipped with all amenities and equipment for your use during your stay (except washing machine, dishwasher and Gas Stove). We request all guests to be careful while using these facilities and are respectful towards the owner’s property.
For any breakage/damage or shortfall of the items, the management shall charge the damages directly to the guest’s account. The accounts must be settled before checkout. Smoking Hookah is prohibited in the apartments owing to the fire hazard to our Resident’s apartments.
This property welcomes both male and female guests to enjoy our accommodations and amenities. However, please note that bookings consisting solely of male guests are not permitted as per hotel policy. In cases where such bookings are made unintentionally, guests will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of INR 10,000/- at check-in, which will be either refunded or adjusted against the final bill at check-out, subject to property terms and condition.
We encourage all guests to use our laundry facility. Using washing machine or hand washing of clothes in apartments is not permitted.
We provide complimentary To & Fro shuttle service during our breakfast and dinner operation to our restaurant, In case a shuttle is needed outside those hours, it will be charged additionally. We request all our guests to park their vehicle in the assigned parking area only.
Guests are required to provide photo ID proofs of all guests that are part of the travelling group at the time of confirming reservation over email.
Standard check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hrs. Any late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are responsible to keep all their valuable items. ‘The Manor’ team will not be responsible for any missing good & valuables.
Our housekeeping teams are tasked with daily cleaning of apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen facilities. Additional cleaning services outside of the regular schedule are available with a fee.
We value all our team members and consider them as part of our family. We strongly discourage use of inappropriate language or behavior by guests while engaging with our team members. In case of any objections, guests may connect with our operations manager to discuss any such issues or write to the management directly.
If guests do not adhere to the property policies, management reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the apartment irrespective of the time.
Please be advised, if you are coming with driver we can provide meals on minimum charges in staff Cafeteria but we don’t have any arrangements to accommodate them inside our premises.
