1. Security Deposit Requirement: The hotel reserves the right to collect a refundable security deposit at check-in (via cash, UPI, card, or bank transfer).
Refund: Fully refundable at check-out or shortly after, subject to room inspection. It is separate from room tariffs or advance payments.
2. General Guest Responsibility Coverage: Guests are liable for any missing inventory, damage, loss, theft, vandalism, or excessive soiling beyond normal wear and tear caused by themselves, guests, pets, or children.
Covered Items: Includes furniture, mattresses, curtains, flooring, electronics, bathroom fixtures, decor, and room amenities.
3. Linen, Bedding & Towels Prohibited Use: Towels and linen must not be used for cleaning floors, shoes, luggage, or spills.
Matching Sets: If an item in a matching set is damaged and cannot be individually replaced, the guest may be charged for the entire set.
4. Prohibited Room Actions & Safety Walls & Decor: No drawing, carving, or applying adhesive tape, stickers, balloons, or decorations without permission.
Electrical Safety: High-power appliances (heaters, induction cookers, irons) are prohibited unless provided or approved by the property.
5. Swimming Pool Contamination Policy Prohibitions: No eating in the pool, and no throwing food, beverages, oils, soaps, or colors into the water.
Contamination Fee: If water contamination requires complete draining, refilling, and chemical treatment, a minimum charge of ₹10,000 (or actual restoration cost, whichever is higher) will be levied.
6. Smoking & "Room Out of Service" Charges Strict Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, hookah, or cigarettes are strictly prohibited in rooms and non-smoking areas.
Smoking Compensation Fee: Requires deep cleaning, deodorization, and a minimum charge covering 1 night's lost revenue:
Off-Season: Minimum ₹5,000 or actual restoration cost.
Peak Season: Minimum ₹10,000 or actual restoration cost.
Extended Unavailable Rooms: If damage or smoke odor keeps a room out of service for multiple nights, the guest is responsible for the full loss of room revenue until repaired/restored.
7. Recovery & Assessment Charges are calculated based on actual repair, replacement, cleaning, labor, logistics, and lost business revenue.
The hotel reserves the right to deduct fees directly from the security deposit or the card/payment method on file.
