While a caretaker is available, please note that access to the Patio Restaurant, offering an à la carte menu, is exclusive to hotel guests, not for self-service apartment guests. *Latitude restaurant serves buffet meals, welcomes guests with prior reservations only. Please inform the caretaker beforehand to ensure a smooth dining experience. Guests are responsible for covering their meal expenses directly. * Paid parking is available within. Guests are responsible for parking charges. *Any damages incurred during your stay will be subject to penalty charges, which guests are required to settle. *To maintain a peaceful environment, any disturbances within the premises will not be tolerated. The iTvara team reserves the right to facilitate immediate check-out without refund in such instances. *Please note that last-minute cancellations or early departures do not qualify for refunds.
