Please take a moment to read the following guidelines carefully. They are intended to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for you as well as other guests and residents.
1. Identification & Payment Kindly keep valid identification documents and any applicable payment (if pending) ready at the time of check-in. Check-in may not be permitted if the required documents or payments are incomplete.
2. This is a Self-Service Apartment — Not a Hotel Aloha Serenity is a self-service holiday apartment and not a hotel room.
A caretaker is available to assist with basic requirements; however, hotel-style services such as room service, restaurant service, luggage handling, on-demand housekeeping, or continuous front-desk assistance are not part of the stay.
We kindly request guests to manage the apartment responsibly and treat it as their own home.
3. Restaurant & Dining Facilities • Patio Restaurant: Access and dining facilities are subject to the property's prevailing policies and are primarily intended for hotel guests. • Latitude Restaurant: Buffet meals are available with prior reservation only. Please inform the caretaker in advance so availability can be confirmed. All food and beverage expenses are payable directly by the guests.
4. Parking – Important Paid parking is available within the premises, subject to availability. Parking charges are payable separately by the guest.
Commercial vehicles are strictly not permitted inside the parking premises.
This includes commercial taxis, commercial cars, tempo travellers, buses and other commercial/registered transport vehicles.
Guests are requested to follow the property's parking instructions at all times.
5. Swimming Pool Timings & Rules Swimming pool timings are:
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Please note:
• Proper swimwear/swimming costumes are mandatory. • Guests must follow all pool safety and property guidelines. • Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. • Pool access is subject to the property's rules, availability and operating conditions.
6. Care of the Apartment & Damages Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances and other property items with care. Any damage, breakage, missing items or excessive cleaning resulting from the guest's stay may attract applicable charges, which will be payable by the guest.
7. Peaceful Environment & Guest Conduct Aloha Serenity is located within a residential/holiday community. We request all guests to respect the peace, privacy and comfort of other residents and guests. Loud music, parties, excessive noise, unruly behaviour or any activity causing disturbance are strictly prohibited.
In case of serious or repeated violations of the property/community rules, the management/property authorities reserve the right to require the guest to vacate the premises without refund, subject to the applicable policies.
8. Cancellation & Early Departure Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, shortened stays or early departures are non-refundable, as per the applicable booking and cancellation policy.
