*As you have selected our independent room within our homestay (GF), kindly note that we operate differently from hotels:*
•Room service is not available. •Please refrain from playing loud music, as we maintain a noise-free zone after 10:00 PM. Sound systems are not permitted. •Extra guests or visitors beyond the booked number are not allowed. Additional guest charges are Rs 2000 per day. •Wall decorations are not permitted. •Guests are responsible for maintaining a peaceful environment and preventing damage to the property. *Any complaints may result in cancellation of your stay or early check-out, without refund.*
Additional Guidelines:
•Dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays. •Ensure the security of our home by locking doors and windows when leaving. •Report any damages or breakages promptly, as guests are liable for associated costs. •Kindly seek permission before inviting guests over. •Home-cooked meals are available upon request (see in-house menu). •Only vegetarian food is permitted on the premises. •Please inform the Host in advance regarding meal arrangements, especially if opting to dine out. •Conserve resources such as water and electricity. Kindly switch off appliances and taps when not in use. We reserve the right to shut down the MCB. •Please note that AC and geyser functions will not be available during power backup in the villa and homestay. •Kindly treat our staff with respect and kindness.
