As per UAE Government Requirements, all the guests including children staying in the hotel must present an original government-issued personal ID upon check-in (Passport or Emirates Identity card). This applies to guests who visit you as well. If the guest's EID is under renewal, then he/she must provide the original passport. Those who are unable to present their EID at the time of check-in may be denied entry.
Guest of the same city as the property are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed on designated areas within the premises.
Private parties are prohibited inside the room. The banquet Hall is available for parties on a chargeable basis.
Credit/Debit cards are accepted at this property.
There are no pets living on the property.
• Pet owners will be required to sign a pet declaration form, furnish pet registration and vaccination copies upon check-in, without which entry may be denied.
• The Pet(s) weighs 75 pounds or less.
• Only dogs & cats are allowed and two pets are allowed per guest room.
• Pets are allowed only in the Budget Studio/Deluxe Studio/Deluxe Suite Chalet room category.
• Pet’s vaccinations are up-to-date and he or she is free of fleas or ticks.
• Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.
• Pet is not aggressive and is well-socialized with other animals and guests.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pet’s will be with owner and under owner care at all times as they are not to be left unattended on property.
• A ‘Pets Inside’ door hanger will hang on the room door at all times while the pet is inside. The Housekeeping will not enter the room with an unattended pet inside. The pet must be restrained or removed from guest room while hotel staff is present working in room. The pet owner will assume responsibility for notifying the Front Desk if there are special times for servicing my room.
• The pet will be on a leash with a maximum range of four feet or in a carrier at all times when outside of the room. Pet must only be walked on the designed pet areas of the hotel grounds.
• A non-refundable pet charge of AED 100 + Taxes (VAT/City Tax/Service Charge) will be charged upon check-in for post-departure room cleaning. Pet owner understand that this fee does not include any additional costs which may result from damage or need for excessive cleaning of soiled linens, carpeting or furniture.
• Pet owner should be aware that an additional charge will apply if excessive cleaning is necessary. Pet owner should agree that the condition of the room is based on the sole judgment of management upon departure.
• The pet owner is liable for any disturbances the pet causes to guests staying at Pearl hotel.
• A charge of up to AED 500/- may be applied for disturbances. On the second incident of a reported disturbance, Pearl Hotel may ask for the pet to be removed from property. The non-refundable pet fee will not be refunded once the pet has been in the guest room.
• The pet is not permitted at any of Pearl Hotel’s food and beverage outlets, the swimming pool, the fitness centre or Spa.
• Pearl Hotel & Spa is not liable for any injury suffered by pets while on hotel premises.
• Pet owner agree to accept full responsibility for any liability arising from my pet (pet damage or personal injury to hotel, hotel staff, guest, third party or property).
• Pet left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.
• Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
• Damages caused by the pet to the room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the pet owner’s sole responsibility. Pet owner understand that their account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. Guest room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.
• Pets are not allowed to swim in the pools or the beach.
Our property is both elderly-friendly and disabled-friendly, and we strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests.

The property allows unmarried couples to stay.
Bachelors are welcome to stay at the property during weekdays only.
Guests below 18 are not allowed to check in at the property unless their parents accompany them.

Stag entry is permitted at our property. Registration is a must and additional charges may apply.
Visitors are permitted only in the reception and in the restaurants & are not permitted in the room without registration. Visitors who use/enter the room or use the facilities (pool & beach access) will be charged extra. Please inquire at the reception about the applicable charges. Visitors must present an original passport or Emirates ID upon registration.
