A new wonder souk themed after a traditional Emirati market will be opened for the visitors to shop.
The Global Village in Dubai is prepared to provide spectacular Ramadan experiences for its visitors. During the sacred month, the opening and closing times of the UAE's most diverse family destination have been adjusted. Change the establishment's operating hours from 4 pm to midnight to 6 pm to 2 am.
Various culinary options will be available for guests during iftar and suhoor. Additionally, visitors are invited to peruse the brand-new Ramadan Wonders Souk, which is brimming with an assortment of one-of-a-kind souvenirs imported from around the globe.
Featuring Ramadan samples of what the pavilions offer, the souk in the park's centre will be designed in the style of a traditional Emirati market
Weekly Rewards To Be Won
The family-friendly destination will introduce the Step Challenge this Ramadan, with Samsung Galaxy mobile phones, Apple products, and Samsung smartwatches as incentives. Guests can effortlessly engage in the challenge by installing the Global Village mobile application and commencing their leisurely promenade through the park.
Upon reaching 10,000 steps in a single visit, they are automatically eligible to participate in the weekly draw. The winners will be declared each Friday during the sacred month of Ramadan.
Endless Amusement
A daily Arabian Orchestra extravaganza will be presented on the Main Stage, featuring an ensemble of thirty performers who will provide guests with an unforgettable musical experience. In Mini World, several live performances will alternate between the Main and the Wonder Stage, including a violin performer, a dual harps show, and a Tannoura performance.
At 9 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, a musical fireworks display will illuminate the sky. At the same time, The Dragon Lake will transform into a Ramadan-themed spectacle showcasing an exclusive laser and fire show. Additionally, the wildly popular Ramadan Cannon from Global Village will be operational, blasting daily at sunset to indicate the conclusion of fasting.
The Kids' Theatre also spoils young visitors with weekends filled with engaging and amusing performances. Children can enjoy a magnificent Arabic marionette performance and a Ramadan-exclusive rendition of the Kaleidoscope performance from Friday to Sunday.
