The world’s biggest long-haul airline, Emirates is all set to expand its cabin crew family by 5000 new hires. Emirates is set to deliver its new fleet of Airbus 350 by 2024 summer and Boeing 777X by 2025. Emirates will be scanning resumes of new graduates with internships or a year's experience in hospitality.
“The recruitment drive is designed primarily for those who will soon or have recently stepped into the world of work,” a statement from the Emirates said.
The cabin crew number of Emirates stood at 20,000 in August 2023. The current number is 21,500, and the surge is set to boost human resources by 25% with new hires.
Emirates has also placed an additional order for Airbus and Boeing wide-body aircraft, evaluated at $58 billion to fuel its future growth plans.
“For the second half of 2023 to 2024, we expect customer demand across our business divisions to remain healthy and we will stay agile in how we deploy our resources in this dynamic marketplace,” Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed, chairman and chief executive of Emirates airline and Group, said in a statement last year in November.

According to the Emirates website, the giant airliner has organised Open Day events for eligible candidates to apply for cabin crew positions worldwide. Throughout January and February, the Emirates website has rolled out its hiring schedule across the globe.
