Viharamahadevi Park is a public park located in Cinnamon Gardens, in Colombo, situated in front of the colonial-era Town Hall in Sri Lanka. It was built by the British colonial administration and is the oldest and largest park of Colombo. Originally named Victoria Park, it was established during British colonial rule and renamed after Queen Viharamahadevi, the mother of King Dutugemunu, a famous Sri Lankan monarch.
A large Buddha statue dominates one end of the park, reflecting Sri Lanka's predominant Buddhist culture.
Various other statues and memorials commemorate significant figures in Sri Lankan history.
The park features an array of tropical trees, plants, and flowers, providing a beautiful and tranquil environment.
