Moscow is to become a major hub for the global meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) industry as it hosts the Meet Global MICE Congress 2025 from December 17–18, 2025, at the World Trade Centre Moscow.
In its third consecutive edition, the event will bring together senior industry professionals, government representatives, destination experts from Russia, the BRICS bloc, and the Global South. The congress will feature over 15 dedicated business sessions under the theme “Unity through Open Diversity: New Opportunities for Global Growth.”
On the first day, sessions will focus on public-private collaboration and intergovernmental projects to develop the MICE ecosystem. The second day will explore global trends, analytics, destination marketing, incentive travel, sustainability and technology integration.
More than 3,200 pre-scheduled B2B meetings will occur during the event, giving delegates from India, China, Southeast Asia, Africa, Latin America, the CIS and beyond the opportunity to connect with leading MICE destinations and service providers worldwide.
The congress backs Moscow's larger tourism plan, which calls for raising business traveler arrivals from 5 million to 8 million by 2030 in order to reach the goal of 52 million tourists annually. By 2030, the city hopes to have earned 500 billion rubles from tourism, up from 235 billion in 2024.
