Dusit International, a leading hospitality and property development group from Thailand, has officially launched its ninth hotel brand, Dusit Hotels, catering ot the refined upper upscale segment across key global markets. The new brand is designed for 120-300 key properties in strategic urban and resort destinations, combining market-relevant experiences with Dusit's hallmark Thai-inspired gracious hospitality.
Already operational in Doha, Hanoi, and Chengdu, the brand is set to expand further with Dusit Hotel Greenhills Manila scheduled to open in 2026.
Each Dusit Hotel property is characterised by a warm, welcoming aesthetic and a curated selection of local elements. The concept anchored in the tagline Distinctly Elevated Perfected by Place" blends international standards with the cultural and environmental identity of its location.
For instance, Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa Hanoi draws inspiration from the Vietnamese royal heritage. At the same time, Dusit Hotel AG Park, Chengdu, emphasises sustainability through farm-to-table dining and guided nature activities. In Doha, the flagship property seamlessly integrates wellness with modern luxury, offering in-room rituals and a full-floor spa under Dusit's Devarana Wellness concept.

Dusit's global portfolio currently comprises 294 properties in 18 countries, including hotels, resorts and luxury villas. The lunch at Dusit Hotels accompanies the group's strategic repositioning of Dusit Thani in the luxury space and strong pipeline growth across its brands. With over 60 properties in development and 14 signed this year, Dusit Hotels is expected to be a key growth driver with plans ot sign eight more properties in the next two years.
