Air India Launches Flexible Fly Prior

Air India has launched Fly Prior, a new service that provides enhanced travel flexibility for guests on domestic routes. This service allows travellers to shift to an earlier flight up to 12 hours before their booked initial departure as long as both flights fall on the same day.

With Fly Prior, travellers can make last-minute adjustments, making it best to have unscheduled meetings or simply arrive at their destination sooner. Availability is based on seats in the same cabin class and is usually provided exclusively at Air India's ticketing and check-in counters across Indian airports. The service is complimentary for Gold and Platinum Flying Returns loyalty members, and another traveller can purchase it for an additional fee. Service fees are INR 2,199 for flights between major cities such as Delhi and Mumbai and INR 1499 for other destinations within India.

Fly prior marks another step in Air India's dedication to creating a seamless travel experience, enabling guests to curate their travel plans conveniently and flexibly.
