IndiGo To Launch Direct Bengaluru-Jeddah Flights Starting September 30

India's preferred carrier, IndiGo, has announced the launch of daily direct flights connecting Bengaluru to Jeddah, effective September 30, 2024. The route will flaunt the growing trade relations between India and Saudi Arabia, facilitating easier market access. The direct flight will also provide enhanced accessibility to pilgrims travelling to Mecca, with Jeddah as a main gateway for Hajj and Umrah journeys. This improved connectivity will simplify religious travel and strengthen cultural ties between India and the KSA. As India continues to expand its daily connectivity with the Middle East, this route marks a prominent step in deepening the bilateral relationship, boosting tourism, and supporting trade and investment between these two dynamic regions.
