BANGKOK — IHG Hotels & Resorts has joined forces with Thai investment firm CG Capital Advisory to launch InterContinental Residences Bangkok Asoke, the first freehold branded residences of its kind in Bangkok’s prestigious Sukhumvit district. The landmark luxury project is valued at THB 5.5 billion (about $150 million) and is expected to set a new standard for high-end living in Thailand.
Located on Sukhumvit 16 in the bustling Asoke area, a major business, transport and lifestyle hub — the development reflects both partners’ vision to create world-class residences for global citizens. Asoke is known for its excellent connectivity, with easy access to BTS Skytrain and MRT subway stations, as well as luxury shopping, office towers, fine dining and cultural attractions.
Project Details and Features
- The property will include 88 exclusive freehold units ranging in size from about 139 to 547 square metres.
- Units are priced from around THB 40.8 million (about $1.1 million) and will be available in two, three and four-bedroom layouts.
- Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2029.
Each residence is designed under the theme “Timeless Design, Future Ready Comfort,” combining InterContinental’s signature elegance with modern urban living.
