Online travel platform EaseMyTrip has launched ReSave, a new service designed to help travellers benefit from eligible flight fare reductions even after booking.
New Delhi: The zero-cost feature monitors eligible booked flight itineraries for potential fare drops. If the fare falls after the booking, ReSave enables travellers to receive the applicable savings, helping them maximise the value of their flight purchase.
The service aims to address a common concern among travellers who may find that a flight's price drops after they have already completed their booking. By continuing to monitor fares after purchase, ReSave seeks to give travellers greater flexibility and more savings opportunities.
EaseMyTrip said the initiative is part of its broader focus on using technology and artificial intelligence to enhance the travel experience. The company is increasingly developing technology-led solutions that support travellers across different stages of their journey, rather than limiting its role to the initial booking process.
ReSave complements EaseMyTrip's wider technology initiatives, including its AI-powered virtual travel assistant EVA. The company has also been expanding its presence across hotels, holidays, domestic tourism and other travel-related services.
The launch comes as EaseMyTrip continues to strengthen its technology-driven travel ecosystem. In its Q1 FY27 results, the company reported a 14.8 per cent year-on-year increase in Gross Booking Revenue to INR 2,371 crore, while revenue from operations rose 18.4 per cent to INR 134.7 crore.
With ReSave, EaseMyTrip aims to extend customer value beyond the booking stage by helping eligible travellers identify and benefit from fare savings that may arise after their flights are booked.
