Hospitality group Ennismore has announced its brand-new resort, Ras Al Khaimah, slated to open in November 2025 on Al Marjan Island. This marks the company’s first “lifestyle all-inclusive” resort outside Europe and its debut in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, thereby strengthening Ennismore’s position in the luxury resort market.
Key Features
- The resort will feature 257 rooms and suites spread across seven categories, each offering unobstructed sea views.
- The design palette is inspired by the region’s natural environment — desert, mangroves, mountains and the Arabian Sea — and includes colours like sunset orange, ocean teal and sandy stone tones, along with material touches such as light walnut wood and bronze detailing.
- Dining will include five distinct venues: an all-day casual restaurant, an Italian Mediterranean outlet, a Levantine fine-dining venue, a Japanese/Pan-Asian concept and a rooftop cocktail bar with live entertainment. Two pool bars and a separate beach club round off the food and beverage offering.
- Wellness and activities will be central: a spa with treatment rooms, sauna and cold-water pool; a 24-hour gym with complimentary classes; and access to local outdoor pursuits such as golf, horse riding and kayaking.
- Meeting and event facilities are built for up to 345 guests, with breakout spaces and pre-function areas included.
The introduction coincides with Ras Al Khaimah's increased aspirations for luxury hospitality and tourism. This location shows that Ras Al Khaimah is becoming a popular luxury destination, and it also highlights Ennismore’s plan to grow in the fast-growing all-inclusive resort market.
In short, Ras Al Khaimah aims to blend fashion-inspired design, immersive dining, wellness and regional character into a next-generation all-inclusive resort experience.
