Bollywood’s power couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, have been announced as the new brand ambassadors for Experience Abu Dhabi, the official tourism brand of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi). This marks the first time a Bollywood couple has jointly represented the destination, reflecting Abu Dhabi’s growing focus on the Indian travel market.
The campaign aims to present Abu Dhabi as a destination that combines culture, luxury, adventure, and family-friendly experiences. Through this partnership, Deepika and Ranveer will appear in promotional films and social media campaigns highlighting the city’s attractions, from its beaches and theme parks to its rich heritage and vibrant events calendar.
Ranveer Singh, who has been associated with Experience Abu Dhabi since 2023, expressed his excitement about continuing the journey alongside Deepika. He described Abu Dhabi as “the ultimate family hotspot,” offering something special for every traveller — art, culture, food, or entertainment.
Deepika Padukone shared her enthusiasm about joining the campaign, saying that travel becomes even more meaningful when shared with loved ones. She added that Abu Dhabi’s welcoming culture, scenic beauty, and diverse activities make it a place to create unforgettable memories.
The new campaign will also coincide with key travel seasons and festivals like Diwali, aiming to attract more Indian travellers to the Emirate. It reinforces Abu Dhabi’s efforts to position itself as a year-round destination that celebrates modern experiences and traditional charm.
