The parent company of OYO, PRISM, a global travel technology firm, had announced a significant leadership reorganization to fortify its operations worldwide and quicken its premiumization and expansion plan in important regions like Europe, the US, and Asia.
Ankit Tandon has been named PRISM's Chief Executive Officer for Europe and Chief Operating Officer. He will be in charge of business operations and performance for all of PRISM's global brands, including Sunday Hotels, DanCenter, and Belvilla. Tandon will continue to head PRISM's Vacation Homes business, which recently added CheckMyGuest (France) and MadeComfy (Australia) to its portfolio.
With his promotion as Chief Operating Officer for Asia, Varun Jain now has responsibility for Southeast Asia, India, and the Middle East. Jain will also be in charge of Traum Ferienwohnungen, PRISM's German listing platform. He will now be in charge of the Innov8 and Weddingz companies in India.
As Chief Service Officer, Shreerang Godbole will remain in charge of operational excellence and customer experience throughout PRISM's international portfolio. In addition, he will be in charge of US PropCo projects in collaboration with Tandon, DanCenter operations, and MadeComfy integration.
Shirish Damani has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for Europe Homes & Hotels, working closely with Tandon to drive supply, revenue, and margin across Belvilla, DanCenter, CheckMyGuest, Studio Prestige, and HelpMyGuest, while continuing to lead global mergers and acquisitions.
Ritesh Agarwal, Founder & Group CEO of PRISM, has also expressed gratitude for the leadership of Gautam Swaroop, who led PRISM International for the past five years and will now pursue new technology-led ventures. Agarwal emphasised the company's commitment to accelerating global growth with sharper execution and a stronger focus on premium offerings.
This leadership realignment reflects PRISM's strategic focus on deepening its operational presence across core markets and driving the next phase of global expansion.
