To Access This Service, Individuals Must Hold a Sanad Card, Available to Citizens, Residents, and Tourists

If you or someone you know is determined, you can book a specially designed taxi to meet your needs. These taxis are equipped to accommodate various disabilities and can be easily identified by the blue special needs icon on the side doors and back window.

To use this service, the individual must hold a Sanad card that is available to citizens, residents, and tourists.

Street Hail:

These taxis can also be hailed directly on the streets of Dubai

Ports:

Available at Dubai Airport (Terminals 1, 2, 3 & DWC) and Port Rashid

Taxi Fare:

For bookings made through the app, call centre, or street hail, the fare structure is:

Base fare: Dh8
Per km rate: Dh2.23

For bookings made at ports, the fare structure is:

Base fare: Dh25
Per km rate: Dh2.23

Additionally, people of determination, including those with non-motor disabilities, can book regular taxis through the DTC App and receive a 50% discount on fares, provided they show their Sanad card.
