The airline stated that passengers may continue to utilize the lounge on Concourse B, Concourse A, and Concourse C.
Emirates, an airline based in Concourse B of Dubai International Airport (DXB), announced on Friday that certain meals will be inaccessible to passengers due to renovations.
The lounge caters to the first-class passengers of the international airline.
"We're transforming our First Class Lounge on Concourse B in Dubai. While we make these improvements, some of your favourite meals and snacks may not be available, and there may be some noise disturbance," the airline said on its website.
"You can continue to use our lounge, or you can enjoy our full lounge experience on Concourse A or C," the Dubai-based airline said in an advisory for its passengers.
First Class Lounge amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, spa services, direct boarding, a business centre, and a peaceful area designated for passengers.
Complimentary access to the First Class lounge is granted to First Class passengers and Emirates Skywards Platinum members.
Additional charges must be paid by the passengers who are not eligible for complimentary access, who may utilize the Dubai facilities and select lounges worldwide.
The airline's Concourse B airport lounge is accessible to passengers via contactless facial recognition. Passengers can enrol in a biometric airport path with a quick photo at check-in.
Emirates caters for 490 flights daily, serving 149 meals per minute for a daily global total of 215,000 meals. One thousand four hundred chefs prepare these dishes at the expansive Emirates Flight Catering Facility in Dubai and by partner caterers around the globe.
